Three Michelin Stars • Hôtel de Paris

Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse Culinary Salon

The Crown Jewel of Mediterranean Gastronomy

Located on Place du Casino within the gilded walls of Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse represents the pinnacle of French Riviera haute cuisine. In 1990, under the vision of Chef Alain Ducasse, it became the first hotel restaurant in history to be awarded three Michelin stars.

Happybundlezayppy coordinates private salon reservations, chef's table encounters with Head Chef Emmanuel Pilon, and curated wine journeys alongside Chief Sommelier Maxime Pastor. Here, the bounty of the Mediterranean Sea and the aromatic herbs of the Provencal hinterlands converge in poetic harmony.

The Legendary Subterranean Wine Cellar

Carved 10 meters into the Monégasque rock in 1874 by Marie Blanc, the wine cellars of the Hôtel de Paris span over 1,500 square meters. They house more than 350,000 bottles, including pre-phylloxera vintages, Château Lafite Rothschild 1945, Romanée-Conti, and rare Krug Private Cuvées. Our VIP clients receive escorted tours through these historical vaults before dinner.
