Terms of Service
Welcome to Happybundlezayppy.cyou, operated by Happybundlezayppy Luxury Group S.A.M. ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing our online platform, submitting concierge consultations, or engaging our maritime and VIP hospitality services, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services & Concierge Agency
Happybundlezayppy operates as a bespoke luxury curation and private concierge advisory based in Monte-Carlo. We facilitate client access to certified third-party maritime operators (MYBA-standard yacht brokers), aviation transport providers (licensed civil aviation carriers), and accredited hospitality institutions (Automobile Club de Monaco, Société des Bains de Mer).
2. Reservations, Deposits & Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA)
- Yacht Charters: Subject to standard Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA) charter contracts. Charters require a 50% confirmation deposit with the balance, VAT, and customary 30% Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) due prior to embarkation.
- Monaco Grand Prix Hospitality: Penthouse terrace access passes and Paddock Club allocations are 100% non-refundable upon formal ticketing issuance by the Automobile Club de Monaco.
- Culinary & Private Salons: Reservations at Le Louis XV or private casino salons require pre-authorization and adherence to formal dress codes.
3. Client Code of Conduct & Maritime Safety
Clients and their guests must comply strictly with international maritime safety laws, helicopter safety briefings, and instructions issued by licensed vessel captains. The captain of any chartered vessel retains supreme authority over navigation, routing, and passenger safety.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Happybundlezayppy exercises utmost diligence in vetting premier suppliers, we are not liable for weather-related maritime schedule alterations, air traffic control delays at Nice or Monaco Heliports, or force majeure occurrences beyond our reasonable governance.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Monaco (Tribunaux de Monaco).
